Why GastroElf exists

I'm Judy.

When I was young, my father sold traditional herbs. He rarely spoke of "love", but he always reminded us: "Take care of your stomach before it starts to hurt." Back then, I didn't understand what he meant.

It was only later, when my husband became so careful about even a simple meal because of stomach discomfort, that I truly understood — he wasn't talking about treatment, but about caring ahead of time.

GastroElf was born from that belief. I hope to turn Pre-meal Protection into a new everyday habit, so more people can enjoy every meal with ease.

As this is a consumable food product, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges once opened.

If your item arrives with a quality issue (such as packaging damaged in transit or a product defect), please contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

For returns due to product defects, we cover the shipping; for personal reasons (such as ordering by mistake or not liking the taste), we're unable to accept returns.
